Nakashinden-Maruta District Land Readjustment Project
The Nakashinden-Maruta area is positioned as a district aiming for the formation of a new urban area that accumulates residential functions and makes use of regional characteristics. In addition to being a receptacle for expected population growth, the goal is to create a charming and sustainable city that can also respond to a future decrease in population. This will be achieved by improving the living environment through the development of neighborhood parks, and by creating infrastructure that can cope with disasters such as heavy rain.
